Bella Vista Arkansas is a planned community located in the Ozark Mountains of Beautiful Northwest Arkansas within the third fastest growing county in the United States, Benton County. Bella Vista is located in a very centralized location in Northwest Arkansas along with Bentonville, Fayetteville, Rogers, and Springdale all told having a population of about 400,000. Northwest Arkansas regional Airport (XNA) has direct flights to many major American cities. Along with Walmart, Tyson Foods and JB Hunt Trucking are also headquarted in the immediate area. Business growth in NW Arkansas has been incredible in recent years. The Milken Institute, the Santa Monica, California based think tank, recently named NW Arkansas the strongest regional economy in the United States. The Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, is opening in 2011 just south of Bella Vista in Bentonville on over 100 acres. The museum is being designed by world renowned architect Moshe Safdie. Walking and bicycle trails will connect the museum directly to Bella Vista. This museum will be a strong economic driver for years to come. The Northwest Arkansas Naturals, a Texas League Royals affiliate AA baseball club, plays ball in nearby Springdale at Arvest Ballpark. The Naturals recently relocated from Wichita. |
